WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES THE STORE COLLECT AND PROCESS THROUGH ITS WEBSITE?

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA DURING CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
When making payments through the website www.hyperlift.hr, Customers who choose to pay by credit or debit card are required to consent to the activation of the payment process through Corvus INFO d.o.o., Buzinski prilaz 10, Zagreb, Croatia, the Store’s contractual payment processing partner and data processor.
For this purpose, certain personal data of the Customer, including the Customer’s name, address, and payment card information, may be temporarily processed by Corvus INFO d.o.o. Such data is stored in accordance with PCI DSS certification standards, representing one of the highest levels of security and protection for sensitive payment information.
The payment process is initiated when the Customer confirms the transaction by clicking the “Pay by Credit Card” option.
At no time does the Store collect, process, or store payment card information entered for the purpose of card authorization and payment processing. Customers are encouraged to review Corvus INFO d.o.o.’s privacy and data processing information available on the payment page where the transaction is completed.
Any personal data temporarily stored by Corvus INFO d.o.o. is deleted immediately after the payment processing procedure has been completed.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Store retains Customers’ personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, generally for a period of 13 months.
The personal data of Users subscribed to product and promotional notifications is retained for as long as the subscription remains active or until consent is withdrawn.
